-- Strategic move to increase Colliers’ presence in Regina and Saskatchewan as a whole, and enhance client service --
Regina, February 4, 2014 – Colliers International is proud to announce it has welcomed to its Regina operations brokers, property managers and support staff formerly from NAI Commercial Regina. The newly acquired professionals will work under the Colliers International name at 2505 11th Avenue, the offices formerly occupied by NAI.
“I am very excited about this positive development,” commented Paul Mehlsen, new Managing Partner of Colliers International’s Regina operations and former President of NAI Commercial Saskatchewan. “We strongly feel that by combining the efforts of Colliers International and the NAI team, we can deliver an unprecedented level of client service in the commercial real estate sector. Our people’s intimate local knowledge and experience, coupled with Colliers’ established and successful Regina brokerage and property management teams and global platform, add up to an enhanced service offering to our clients – both current and new,” Mehlsen added.

Complementing our successful operations in Saskatoon with our newly expanded Regina team will likewise reinforce our brand position on a national level.”
