Construction Commences at Calgary’s Newest "A" Class Suburban Office Complex
Construction has commenced at Blackfoot Point Business Park, Calgary’s newest "A" class suburban office complex. This-132,000-square-foot development is listed by the Colliers Calgary suburban leasing team of Peter Mayerchak, Justin Mayerchak and Kevin Watson.
Located at the corner of Heritage Drive and Blackfoot Trail SE, Blackfoot Point offers tenants excellent exposure and a wide array of nearby amenities including the Calgary Farmer’s Market and Deerfoot Meadows, one of Canada’s largest open-air, urban shopping districts.
Developed by the Centron Group, Blackfoot Point will consist of four office/flex buildings and provide flexibility for both office and light warehouse users. Construction is scheduled for a phased completion, with the first building anticipated to be ready for tenant fixturing in Q1 of 2014.
