Colliers Toronto Gets Top Industrial Real Estate Honours

Toronto, January 5, 2011 – Graham Meader, Senior Vice President, Sales Representative was awarded SIOR’s Industrial Broker of the Year Award for the Greater Toronto Area, marking the third time that a Colliers International agent has taken home the award in the three years it has been presented.
In an impressive year, Meader’s accomplishments include total lease transactions of over 3.3 million square feet and total sales of 1.4 million square feet, for a combined value of $245 million. In the previous two years, the award was presented to Colliers agents Gord Cook, Executive Vice President, Sales Representative and John Powell, Senior Vice President, Sales Representative, while Meader was also a finalist in 2010.
