Scott Addison - President, Eastern Canada
Scott Addison has been an active member of the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. Scott executes the national business strategy throughout Eastern Canada for all service lines including Brokerage, Valuation and Advisory, Residential Project Marketing and Property Management Services. In addition, Scott also oversees the Greater Toronto Brokerage operations.
Antoinette Tummillo - Executive Vice President, Real Estate Management Services
Antoinette Tummillo leads the Real Estate Management Services team in Canada. She has progressive and broad-based experience leading real estate teams at major private/public corporations including notable Fortune 500 companies. Antoinette is a recognized, respected leader in the Canadian real estate industry. Possessing almost 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate operations, she has earned a reputation for adeptly managing large corporate real estate teams, innovating service delivery, and enhancing growth and profitability for large corporations including a major real estate services company.
Franklin Holtforster - President and CEO, MHPM Project Leaders
Franklin Holtforster leads Colliers' national project management team. His strong leadership skills - and 30 years’ experience as a business leader, consulting engineer, contractor, and project manager - enable Franklin to provide assurance of on-time, on-budget delivery of client projects. Franklin is acknowledged for his keen insight into the best approaches to realize sustainable, cost-effective and technically sound built solutions.
Chris Marlyn - Senior Vice President, Valuation and Advisory Services
Chris Marlyn is responsible for Colliers International's valuation, consulting, and advisory services all across Canada. Chris has been involved in valuation for the following major corporations: Morguard Investments, Manulife, GWL Realty Advisors, RioCan REIT, Sun Life, Artis REIT and Dundee REIT. He has also completed financial analysis and due diligence for a number of major corporations: Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust, Bentall Capital/Penreal Capital Management and Hopewell Development.
Suzanne Bedford - Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations
Suzanne Bedford has more than 17 years of experience at an international level in strategic finance and operational roles. She held senior positions in two of the big five audit firms in Johannesburg, SA and London, UK, before moving into the service industry. Suzanne has key skills in leading projects to drive efficiencies including ERP and financial system implementation and risk management.
Lex Perry - Marketing and Communications Director
Lex Perry has a strong understanding of commercial property marketing, having worked in the Australia office as National Marketing Manager, Office & Retail Leasing and the New Zealand office as National Marketing Manager. He has a demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing effective marketing programs for properties in all asset classes, as well as Colliers International.
Synthia Kloot - Director of Operations | Canada
Synthia Kloot partners with the Canadian business and Global IT to develop and implement processes and systems that accelerate success by ensuring initiatives are aligned to enable business priorities and strategies. Prior to joining Colliers International, Synthia led five large, North America-wide ERP implementations, as well as a financial system implementation for a South African company with global financial consolidations.

With more than 10 years of human resources experience in various fields, Keri Fraser oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, human resources administration and total rewards.
