This project offers the opportunity to lease high profile retail premises in the Shopping Centre component of one of the largest mixed-use projects underway in the City of Vancouver.
Marine Gateway will be comprised of approximately 225,000 SF high profile retail space and will feature a wide variety of retailers and restaurants and will be anchored by a Cineplex VIP Movie Theatre and grocery store. Remaining units offer high exposure and excellent frontages along Cambie Street and SW Marine Drive and will benefit from this highly accessible location. Both the Marine Drive Canada Line Station and South Vancouver Bus Loop have been integrated into the project and has been a great success with TransLink reporting that ridership reached 124,000 people per day in 2012.
Marine Gateway will also include both an office and residential component.
The office component will include approximately 247,000 square feet of LEED Gold Certified office space. Upon full occupancy approximately 1,500 people will work at Marine Gateway.
The residential component will include approximately 461 residences, including 415 market condos and 46 rental apartments with an estimated 700 - 750 people living on site. Further to the 461 residences featured at Marine Gateway, there will be an additional 443 market condo units being developed directly to the North of Marine Gateway
