Ensuring that all members of our community have the opportunity to fully participate in life and to thrive.
Project developer, Brandt Developments, recognizes the importance of building strong communities. As a result, they have partnered with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind in the design and development of this exciting new building that links the Broad Street commercial district to the tranquility of Wascana Park.
Every aspect of this purpose-built facility has been designed by Brandt to the highest standard - seamlessly incorporating multiple accessibility features. Functionally, it will support enhanced collaboration and the sharing of resources; a joint facility that offers leadership, best practices, research, support and training – easily accessible to all members of our community.
Potential uses (but not limited to):

- Medical lab/ vision care professionals

Brandt is proud to contribute their considerable expertise to all phases of this project – from inception to completion. It is their vision, by financing and constructing this new facility and by providing lease subsidies to its not-for-profit tenants, to provide long-term financial stability for the CNIB and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, who will also benefit as a tenant in this project. This assistance will give both organizations the ability to focus on their core programming and client objectives and to maximize their impact across the province.
