The property is located at the northeast corner of West 16th Street and Pemberton Avenue in the District of North Vancouver. Its central location features nearby Marine Drive Commercial Corridor, Capilano Mall and Capilano Square offering services and amenities that draw residents to this area. Together with West Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver, these three municipalities are often referred to as the North Shore.
